Man I literally cannot say enough good things about the service and professionalism I’ve received from this place. I took my car to Kia for a diagnosis and they said I needed a new engine, and tried to charge me 14k for which I obviously couldn’t afford. I brought my car to Napa auto a few weeks later for a second opinion and all I really needed were spark plugs, ignition coil and an oil change. I paid a little under a thousand bucks. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate an honest mechanic in a world where so many will try to get over on you as much as possible. They’ve earned a customer in me for life. 5 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’ve had my car repaired at NAPA Motorvation twice now, and both experiences have been amazing. Their communication is great, and I really appreciated how much they advocated for me when dealing with my warranty company because whew, that alone can be a headache. 😂 They’re extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, and you can tell they genuinely care about the work they do. I’m not gonna lie, they can be a little pricey lol, but I honestly didn’t mind because I knew my baby Asta was in great hands. I’d rather pay for quality work and peace of mind than keep having the same problem over and over. Chaille and Seth especially have amazing customer service. They kept me informed, answered my questions, and made the entire process so much easier. I definitely recommend NAPA Motorvation if you want a shop that knows what they’re doing and actually cares about their customers. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
